yankee fans suck

i have heard nothing but "giants fans are talking like pats have no shot" the last week... and even though i have no evidence to back this up, i am saying that 100% of these "can't lose" giants fans are also 'douchier' yankee fans... and possibly some random 'just as douchier' red sox fans (yeah, sox/giant fans actually exist)

granted, most giants fans are probably yankee fans... but the mets/giant fans do exist, and there are a good amount of them, and i dont think any of them have this 'in the bag' mentality that their yankee-fan counterparts have. it's very irritating. 

as a mets/giants fan, my confidence level is ' i think we can win'.... but i am utterly terrified they lose... that eli lays an egg, that jacobs and bradshaw fumble twice each... basically, the mets still have me conditioned for "the worst is always possible"....

i am not saying i think those thing will happen. the run they are on has raised my confidence level to its highpoint this season. i like their chances.... but to think they are somehow unbeatable is utterly crazy.

that being said, i think no one has more to lose than patriot fans... if they somehow lose to the same team that ripped a perfect season away from the in the most improbable fashion.... my god. just flush those lombardi trophies down the turdlet... they will be meaningless to everyone, except maybe panther, eagle and ram fans.... (the teams they beat in their three superbowls, in case you forgot)

i think the two-week layoff leads to an ugly first half, followed by second half fireworks.
