Bryce Harper explains his favorite teams, confirms status as a total nozzle

My eyes lit up when I saw this post on the DC Sports Bog (which has just been posting some fantastic material as of late). Apparently Bryce Harper started getting hit up on twitter about his love for the Cowboys, Lakers, Duke, and the Yankees (just typing that made me gag a little bit). Let's just say he is no Gio Gonzalez. What a clown. Love the fact that people started killing him on this. His team loyalties are completely indefensible. Let's take a look.

Hey, the "inherited sports allegiance from a parent" is definitely a valid reason to pull for a team. Its why I'm a Mets fan living in DC. (Thanks for that, Dad. Its really worked out well)

This is where Harper completely loses credibility. He liked the Lakers and Cowboys because of his dad, but chooses to ignore USC and the Reds...and pull for Duke and the Yankees? Gross.

Who wouldn't like Duke in the 90's? I mean, pretty much everyone who didn't go there, right?

This just reinforces his love for front runners - the Caps are the only team in DC who finish in first place year after year...and then promptly lose in the playoffs. Still.

Pretty sure this is just an outright lie.
